I have been teaching  since the late sixties and still am; Swedish, German and Swedish as a second Language are my subjects. The young students I meet everyday in my work come from  countries like Chile, Peru, Iran, Iraq, Kurdistan, the Middle East and Bangla Desh. 

Drawing, painting, writing poems and stories has been my passion from  early childhood. As a teenager I had pen-pals from all over the world. I still remember the frustration I felt having to wait a fortnight for letters from India and Australia. Fifteen years ago my children introduced me to the world of the computer and they taught me what I needed to know.

I was born in the country but am now living in a city. Though I enjoy the benefits of the city life every day,my mind is very much influenced by the people and the nature of the countryside. "Stugan" was from the beginning an old  Christmas decoration that my grandgrandmother used to put on the window-sill and that I inherited. I have had to rebuild my cottage several times these last two years....
